We believe in a holistic approach to athlete development, which in turn fuels a powerful foundation for personal development. Our ultimate goal is to help each athlete enhance their wellbeing and actualize their potential in sports and in life.

The power of training the mind

Physical training improves an athlete’s physical capabilities, but training the mind is what enables athletes to consistently execute those capabilities at their highest level. At RISE Mindful, we teach our athletes how to train the mind in order to get closer to tapping into their true potential.

RISE BASKETBALL SKILLS ACADEMY

In the Skills Academy, our athletes learn what it means to be intentional in developing their minds and bodies. Our all-female coaching staff provides mentorship, mindfulness training, basketball skill breakdowns to improve understanding and efficiency, character building and a healthy, competitive atmosphere.
